## FAQs

**Who can I refer to?**
You can refer to any business that is not an existing Kylas customer (Embark, Elevate and Exceed).

**What happens if my referee downgrades?**
We process your referral fee within 45 days of the invoice being generated. If your referees choose to terminate their subscription before that, we won’t be able to process your referral fee.

**Is there a limit on the number of customers I can refer or the amount I can earn?** 
No, there is no limit on the number of customers you can refer and the total referral fee that you can earn.

**How would you like to accept your referral fee?**
You can choose to accept your referral fee either by means of an Amazon voucher or a 10% discount on your Kylas subscription cost.

**Do I get a referral fee on renewals?**
No, you will only get a fee on the first invoice value. You are not eligible for any referral fee on renewals.
